Damaged or missing items
We work our hardest to ensure the best possible shipping practises, but anything can happen once it leaves our hands!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer you a replacement.
If your item is damaged, please take a photo and email us with your order number at email@example.com within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used.
* If you have been granted a refund, please allow 14 working days for the amount to be credited back to your account.
*We don't offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, including a satisfaction guarantee as everyone's skin is different and therefore results may vary.
*We don't offer refunds on sale items.

Can I cancel my order?
When an order is placed we begin processing immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been submitted. Please check that your billing and address details are accurate before submitting your order.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
One discount code or gift card may be applied per order.
